Qatar funds ISIS and builds for Israel

It seems as though Qatar just like Israel has become an unwanted regime in the middle east. Qatar are supporting, creating and causing a terrorism.

Many experts believe that what bothers Qatar bothers Israel. For instance, Israel does not prefer a strong government in Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, or Jorden.

Qatar tends to support Israel’s vision by funding the Muslim brotherhood in Jorden and supporting their violence in Egypt and sponsoring the Al-Qaida in Syria. As well as this, they help build homes for the terrorist militias in Lebanon.

Qatar Invests in Israel

The Doha stadium is located in northern Israel, Sakhnin. Thus, making it the first Arab state to fund a municipality of Israel. This action was authorized by Qatar’s ex- leader, Sheik Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani after meeting with, A. Tibi, an Israeli lawmaker. A. Tibi met with senior Qatari officials and members of the wealthy Gulf states Olympic committee.

The total project cost was between $12 and $13 million, of which $3.3 million went towards the Israel Army.

Israeli students in Qatar

CNAQDistractedDrivingGroup1-webQatar, which is known to host U.S. military facilities that controlled the early stages of the war in Iraq, has also agreed to accept some Israeli students by providing them with scholarships at multiple Qatari universities.

As quoted by Hadash – Ta’al Sakhnin, ‘Qatar agreed to accept some Israeli students on scholarship at Qatari universities. We should be having dozens of students from Israel in Doha.’

Qatar our frenemy in the region

אלי-אבידרEli Avidar, who used to run an Israeli trade office in Qatar and Author of ‘The Abyss’, stated, “allowing Qatar to support Hamas is Israel strategy of controlling the war in Gaza throughout Doha, by providing the Qataris with the ability to do something like this enables the Qataris to maintain our policy that on the one hand [is] supporting terrorism to an extent they can’t harm us and
provides us with intelligence over Hamas leadership and on the other hand Qatar “our friend” in the region appearing in the international community as a positive factor in the region.”

Doha hosts terrorist

Doha has continually hosted many groups which have been recognized as terrorist organizations by many states, for example, Hamas. Al-Jazeera, the Doha-based state-funded broadcasting news channel, is known for its pro-terrorist stance in any conflict.

As for Israel, Qatar allowed Israel to run a business interests/relationship office in Doha from 1996 to 2000 and welcomed Israeli athletes in tournaments. Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Shimon Peres visited Qatar in 2007 and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tzipi Livni in 2008. In 2003, the U.S Congress was made aware that a plethora of charities based in Qatar were supporting al-Qaeda’s activities by helping move and launder funds for the terrorist group.

In December 2013, the United States designated Abd al-Rahman bin Umayr al-Nuaymi as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGTs).

Nuaymi was based in Qatar, when the U.S. Treasury Department placed sanctions on him and declared him a ‘Qatar-based terrorist financier’ and ‘facilitator’ who has provided money and material support and conveyed communications to al-Qa’ida and its affiliates in Syria, Iraq, Somalia and Yemen for more than a decade.

ISIS and al-Thani

U.S. counterterrorism officials have said that donations from countries outside the U.S. have been a traditional source of financing for terrorism. A small part of ISIS’s financing operations comes from such donations.

Abdul Karim al-Thani, a member of Qatar’s royal family, ran a safe house for the founder of Al-Qaeda in Iraq, the predecessor to ISIS. Al-Thani gave Qatari passports out and put $1 million into a bank account to finance AQI.

Abd al Rahman al Nuaymi, a Qatari citizen, worked as a go-between of ISIS’s predecessor, Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI), with donors to AQI from Qatar.
